This Daily Routine Led Me To 100K/yr
For those who struggle to balance content and clients
This Week’s Topic:
My 100K/yr Daily Routine
Happy Saturday!
About 5 times a week I get DMS on Instagram asking,
What’s the best routine to grow your social media while also cutting hair?
So I’m finally giving you the routine I used to go from zero clients to 20+/day while growing my following.
But first…
I want to give a major thank you to Nike for sponsoring the newsletter!
Whenever you guys click these sponsors it shows these major brands how strong the barber community is.
This Holiday Season, Give Yourself the Gift of Nike Air Max.
This winter, take your footwear game to the next level with Nike's Air Max collection for men. With a diverse range of models, this collection prioritizes comfort and functionality, perfectly tailored to meet your everyday needs. Whether you're hitting the gym or heading out for a casual outing, these sneakers deliver the support you crave without compromising on style.

So what’s the best daily routine to balance recording videos, editing, posting, and cutting clients?
To tell you the truth,
It’s not breaking down and scheduling your tasks into small 1 hr chunks.
It’s also not asking ChatGPT to schedule your day for you.
And it’s especially not some 1 hour meditation routine to hypnotize you into finishing your to-do list.
The best daily routine is no routine.
And before someone angrily replies to this telling me how their favorite online guru knows “better”
Let me ask you this:
What happens if you plan 5 tasks for the day, but you only complete 3?
Do you magically complete 8 tasks on the next busy day?
The reason no routine works best is because when you’re juggling multiple goals, it’s so easy to be thrown off.
All it takes is one late client to throw off your entire plan and stress you out over your stacked list.
And most people freeze when the list gets too long.
This is the same reason why “dumb” people become richer than “smart” ones.
“Smart” people try using their brain power to take the most calculated, perfect approach for the best results,
But they STRUGGLE to adapt when plans don’t go their way.
The “dumb” ones don’t overthinkh and just adapt as they go.
You should just be okay with being uncomfortable about what's next,
And possibly falling behind.
So, here's a simple tip: Don't over-plan.
Start each day with ONE important goal in mind.
Work on it during any free time until it’s done.
Then move on to the next major task.
Removing the overplanning is one way to get your tasks done no matter what.
Stop thinking and start doing.
No pasa nada.
Have a blessed holiday,
